Application Rules:

1) All persons above the age of 18 who will be living in the apartment/house must fill out an application. (you download an application and fax it to me at (415)358-8005). PLEASE SIGN YOUR APPLICATION AT THE MIDDLE OF THE 2ND PAGE OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!!!!
2) There is a $10 application fee PER application to be paid to me or my assistant manager PRIOR to the processing of the application (I do accept paypal call me to set that up).
3) If you end up renting the apartment, I credit the app fee back to you.
4) I do run a credit check, and call all of your references.
5) I do allow pets, however I do have a rather strict pet policy. I also have pets (2 cats and a dog), I know how much they mean to people as they are part of the family. I also know how much trouble my pets get into and I consider them extermely well behaved. To read my policy please click here
