Pacific Springs was created to invest in and market real estate properties held by ourselves as well as affiliated buisnesses. Our vision is to create a vehicle for investors who are looking to invest their money in cash-flow as well as value added properties. To that end we are looking for both equity partners who will provide us with the capital necessary to purchase these properties, as well as buyers for completed rehabilitation and development projects. The synergy of capital and our experience in property acquisition, development, management, and marketing has created a winning combination.
